3.The total workforce is too small esp. if demand surges they may not be able to satisfy it

2. It should tie-up with a motor-cycle manufacturer to design a proper road car which will help its revenues
3. The tie-up will also lead to enhancement of the technology

2.Increasing focus on environmentally friendly vehicles & established player will pose a threat to Radical & its products
