1.Lack of sufficient investments in R&D due to small revenues
2.They depend on other manufacturers for engines, thus have to design around it & don’t have engine made for their purpose
3.The total workforce is too small esp. if demand surges they may not be able to satisfy it


1.It should strengthen its brand by getting into more motorsports events
2. It should tie-up with a motor-cycle manufacturer to design a proper road car which will help its revenues
3. The tie-up will also lead to enhancement of the technology


1.Manufacturers like BMW, Honda have left Formula 1, so they will focus on events like Le Mans which can hurt Radical’s chances of winning
