1.  It has bottling rights just for three states namely states of West Bengal, Orissa and Chhattisgarh which reduces its market territory

3. The desired results of packaged drinking water business in West Bengal as  well as  Jharkhand  could  not  be achieved due to heavy  increase  in  the  raw materials  and  power cost and no increase in prices
