  7.    more advanced than its competitors, such  as Microsoft
  8. VMware is an industry leader. VMware’s virtualization software is
  9.   ahead of its strongest competitor, Microsoft,
  10.  4. VMware also allows a company to enter the virtualization world
  11.    gradually. It allows its customers to implement it in increments and
  12.    not all at once. 

Above are the strengths in the SWOT Analysis of VMware. The strengths of VMware looks at the key internal factors of its business which gives it competitive advantage in the market and strengthens its position.

VMware Weaknesses

  1. The brand communication is a bit low
  2. Product diversification is low
