2. Relaunched as Esquire network in 2013 as part of deal with owner of Esquire magazine gave it an already set audience base
3. Inspite of the limited programming content the channel had a good penetration in 53.61% of USA households
4. Arena, Blister, Cinematech were very popular games

5. Attracted a large number of gaming advertisers because of highly focused target group watching the channel

6.Got exclusive broadcasting rights of Marvel Anime


1. As soon as it merged with Tech TV Comcast closed its Tech TV operations which was a big blow to the channel

2.G4 did cut back a lot of its original programming like Xplay which hampered its image
