2.  It has worldwide operations in around 50 countries with more than 250 industrial locations.
3.  Imerys operates 120+ mines and extracts 30 different minerals or families of minerals.
4. The company achieved good sales which was very high as compared to its competitors.

5. It has an efficient and skilled workforce of around 16,000 people.

6. It operates in varied verticals, Energy Solutions & Specialities, Filtration & Performance Additives, Ceramic Materials and High Resistance Minerals.

Weaknesses

1.Segment share of Ceramic Materials and High Resistance Materials is very less as compared to other two segments.
2.Majority of its heavy operations are in France only, so company should focus of increasing worldwide operations
