Mid Career is the stage of an employee in the organization where an employee is continuously improving and understanding more about the business. Companies are critical of the employees performances i.e. good performances are appreciated and wrong doings are critical for the employees career.
Many people haven’t faced so much of confrontations and dilemmas until they reach their mid-career stage. This is a phase in which people can either continue to make improvements in their performance or they can begin to decline.
