Definition: Intrapreneurship

Intrapreneurship, in a nutshell is Entrepreneurship within an organization. If a person employed in an organization, takes responsibility to make a new idea a success by taking risks then the person is called an intrapreneur, and the process is called intrapreneurship. Various organizations give this opportunity to the excellent employees, as part of some HR initiative or an Intangible reward.
