Definition: Theory of Reasoned Action Ajzen Fishbein

The theory of reasoned action predicts the behaviour of an employee in an organization by gauging the attitude of the employee. The various components of Theory of Reasoned Action are BI (behavioural intention) , A (attitude), SN (subjective norm). 

The theory says that the employee’s BI depends upon the employee’s A and SN i.e. BI = A + SN.
