Definition: Budgeted Cost of Work performed(BCWP)

Budgeted Cost of Work performed is the sum total of costs of work that actually has been completed in the specified time period. 

For example:- A task ‘test software’  has to be executed from 1st November to 19th November. A cost of INR 1,00,000  is expected to be incurred for the task. BCWP will be INR 1,00,000 for the specified period.
