Definition: Consumer Pack

Consumer Pack is the retail sale pack of a product.

A product from a company can be used for many purposes, like testing, trial by influencers, for selling to the consumer etc. But the package that the companies are using for trials, testing etc., cannot be sold to the consumers in the market.


Many a times we find these statements written over product- “This pack is not for sale” or “Individual unit not for sale”. Basically what it implies that, these packs are not consumer pack and should not be sold to any consumer.
