Definition: Authorized Price List

Authorized Price List also known as APL is the list of agreed prices of goods and services which is valid over the life of contract to be used or supplied between both the parties entering into the contract.


Examples

Two companies A & B enter into a contract where the prices of raw materials supplied by A to B for a construction project for example are decided, agreed and fixed during the tenure of a project and any fluctuations or variations in prices won’t affect the prices of the raw materials during the project life cycle.
