The direct accounts are also known as national accounts and are taken care by the organization’s high raking individuals and executives as opposed to general accounts which are taken cared by the general sale people of a particular region.
These accounts are also referred as national accounts due to their sheer scale and high importance & priority. A strong team of experts are the ones who usually handle such enormous accounts, which are a huge source of revenue for the organization.
