This model was first given by Wilfried Kruger and was named as Iceberg Model. This model explains the dynamic changes that an organization faces through its lifetime.

This model gives different types of implementation management which can be applied as per different situation:

  • Company can choose the implementation management to get the desired changes
  • Company can choose the implementation management to come out with some strategy to apply the desired changes.

 The main issue is to manage the cost, quality in accordance to the changing time.

Also during any changes the organization suffers the resistance of people and political power. The model also take care of these factors.
