Definition: Global Firm

A Global Firm is a company which has multinational branches and headquarters in many of the countries. It is also called as International Firm. It should be duly noted that it is different from a locally based company selling its products globally or to other countries.

Some of the known examples are Coke, Sony and Microsoft etc.
