Definition: LTL (Less than Truckload)

This refers to transportation of small load in freight .Less than truckload shipments vary in load size of 70 kg to 10000 kg. LTL(Less than truckload) makes the transit time a bit longer, it depends on the distance of the consignee and the routes designed in the network.

Another feature of LTL is to carry least number of the units for the same 1 box of 50 articles will be preferred over 5 boxes of 10 articles.
