It is one of the steps in business buying behaviour.

After the supplier is selected, the final order is negotiated between buyer and seller. It includes

2) Quantity

3) Policies, Warranty etc

Also many industrial buyers give their equipment on lease. This helps in

  • Receiving better service
  • Getting access to latest products
  • And sometimes tax benefits
