Definition: Palm’s Theorem

Palm’s theorem is a tool used for modeling inventory problems in logistic models such as Metric and non-metric.

It has some limitations as its application is limited to only few domains. Here the time-dependent customer arrival rate has been approximated by the constant rate which reduces its accuracy.
