Brief Project Description & Responsibilities:
The project revolved around development of a Reward & Recognition Framework. Responsibility was to drive the entire framework development process inculcating views and expectations of all the stakeholders and to complete all the related documentation.
What was the overview of the project? Elaborate with some details
The project aimed at the development of state of the art ‘Reward &Recognition Framework’ for employees of one of the business units of the company. The challenging part of the project was that the complete process involved in the development of the framework had to take into account both the expectation of the employees and the overall organization culture and objective.

I was responsible for meeting employees across all levels in my assigned business unit and understand their pain points and bottlenecks, which involved daily face to face discussion. The information collected from all meetings was analyzed and collated into decision points which were reviewed by the Project Guides on a regular basis. It gave an altogether different perspective of corporate life with an enriching experience.
How was the selection process conducted?
The process followed was the same standardized one which is normally followed by any company visiting B Schools. It involved CV short-listing followed by GD and PI round.
What were your key learnings from the summer internship?
While taking an approach for developing any kind of solution the most important part which requires substantial time and effort is the analysis and design phase wherein we need to brainstorm as many use cases as possible keeping in mind the perspective of actual users of the system. The success of the solution directly depends on how efficiently the design and analysis phase has been carried out.

1. Make sure to have absolute clarity about the purpose of the project.
2. Design a roadmap with key milestones and timelines.
3. Get regular reviews about the project so as to ensure progress in right direction.
