Brief Project Description & Responsibilities:
Project was on designing Strategies to increase Market Share in Mumbai. I was responsible to study and analyse Mumbai Market, Competitors and design strategy that can be put in action to increase Market Share.

My Project was to understand the Market of Mumbai and suggest some strategies that the company can put in action to improve its Market Share in Mumbai.

My day started at 9 with a cup of coffee. I use to do some secondary research for 2-3 hours before going on field and do some hard primary research. Then in the evening around 6:30, Me and my Mentor use to sat down to discuss things. Once in a week, usually Thursday, I had meetings with my Director where I brief about the project goings and we discuss future possibilities.
How was the selection process conducted?
First there was a GD Round for the shortlisted candidates. This was hard. There were some 15 candidates in a GD and pitching in to raise your point was a big challenge.
Then there were two rounds of Interviews(one for some) which were basically designed to test your logical thinking abilities.
What were your key learnings from the summer internship?
During my Internship, I was made to interact with every team that made me understand how business is handled on a large scale and how teams communicates and ensure the right flow of communication.
Since I was working closely with Director, I learned how Business Decisions are taken by Leaders. They look into various aspects before taking any decision, be it small.
