Abhivyakti, a white paper presentation contest is one of the most unique contests in ATHARVA which is held with a focus to take the buzz words and topics in the field of management a step further by urging the budding managers to probe deeper and construct their own kaleidoscope of knowledge. The event has been envisioned as a platform for management students across the country and abroad to come together, interact and compete with each other in their unending quest for knowledge and informal research.
The Competition would be conducted in two phases :
Stage 1 :
Submission of abstracts of the proposed papers and shortlisting of entries.
Stage 2 :
Submission and Presentation of the white papers submitted by the finalists over video-conferencing/physical presence in the campus to an expert panel of judges.
The dates and deadlines set for the event may be changed only at the sole discretion of the Atharva team.
Participants shall be duly informed about the same in advance.
Participation in Abhivyakti is only for post-graduate students of management studying in Indian colleges/deemed universities as well as recognized universities of any country across the globe.
The International participants may choose to present their entries in the final round either by video conferencing or by their physical presence in the campus.
Any expenses borne by the participant pertaining to participation in the event shall not be borne or reimbursed by Team Atharva. or T A Pai Management Institute, Manipal, India.
The participants shall adhere strictly to the schedule of presentations. No requests for rescheduling of presentations shall be entertained by team Atharva.In the event of inability of a participant to present his/her entry for the final round over video conference, an alternative solution may be considered by Team Atharva.
The authority to take a final decision in such matters shall rest solely with Team Atharva.
Cases of plagiarism shall be treated as grounds for disqualification of a participant from the event.
All sources and references must be duly indicated and acknowledged in the paper submitted by the participant.
The prize money cannot be redeemed by the winner for any alternate gifts or vouchers. The currency exchange rates on the day of the sanctioning of the prize money shall apply.
The decision of the judges shall be final and binding. Team Atharva shall not entertain any criticism or objections from the participants about the same.
This event is for individual participation only. No team entries shall be entertained.
Any number of students from an institute may participate in Abhivyakti but only one entry per person/participant shall be accepted.

The abstract is to be submitted in the following format:
• Word document format
• Font: Times New Roman
• Single space
• Font size: 12
• Word limit: 1000 words.
The content should include a brief overview of the various concepts, viewpoints and arguments that will be brought forward through the paper.
