It's a General Management event which will evaluate your visionary approach to change the society, conviction towards a vision and above all to bring out the leader hidden inside you.

Round 1:

Students can pick up any one section from the below three headings:

  • An Indian City having high potential but still underdeveloped
  • A Sick industrial or Public sector unit
  • An underperforming Govt. Ministry

After making a selection, students have to perform the following:

  • Develop a clear understanding of the selection's (City/Indutry/Ministry) functioning
  • Identify the problems being faced by them
  • Propose a road map for their redevelopment and overhaul it to make it a profitable unit or an ideal city'
  • Proposal should be feasible and extra marks would be given for the details provided in the report, such as,
  • Approximate budgetary requirement
  • How well has he addressed the social grievances
  • Sources of finance

Submission would be done online through an email with attached word document or pdf.

Guidelines for Submission:

  • Submission has to be in a MS Word document (.doc, .docx only) format.
  • There is no word limit however limit your report to 10 Pages:Margins: Normal (Top: 2.54 cm, Bottom: 2.54 cm, Right: 2.54 cm & Left: 2.54 cm)
  • Font Size: Headings: 12pt & Body: 11pt, (Calibri or Arial only)
  • Submit your document with following naming convention: __,
  • e.g. if a student from GIM prepare a report on Agra then the format would be: ChinmayDubey_GIM_AgraCityOfTaj

Round 2:

Only 6 Students will qualify for the second round. Second round will be an on campus round and will comprise of two stages.

Stage 1

Qualified Participants will have to come prepared with the PowerPoint ppt on the same heading they selected in the Round 1.Presentation will take place in the campus in front of a jury.

Stage 2

Its scenario based round details of which will be provided once the qualified participants reach the campus.
