(i) Preliminary: Each entry will be judged by a panel of eminent HR professionals in the industry and NM faculty. The best 10 papers will be shortlisted.

(ii) Final: These selected finalists will present their paper to the panel. The top 3 winners will thus be selected

Because of multiple requests from students across the B schools, we have decided to allow participation in teams of 2 for the best HR summer internship project competition (PANKH) along with the individual entries. However the teams will have to show proof from their organization that both of them were allotted the same project by the company and worked together. Without a proof their participation would not be considered. Also do keep in mind that only one among the two team members would be allowed to present and answer questions and as such the reimbursement for only one member will be given to the outstation teams. The prize money would be shared by both the team members.


PS : Individual participation is also allowed as per the previous communication mail .
