When a player moves from one club to another, his old contract is terminated and he negotiates a new one with the club he is moving to.. this includes their tranfer fee to the other club.. however player salaries are excluded and are further negotiable.. sometimes players are also given on loan where clubs can earn

Its all about big money, big sponsors, high brand value.. players need clubs and club needs players.. its a win win situaion.. players like backham, ronaldo, messi bring a lot of brand value to club n revenue also

Its usually the deal which the club gets. The transfer amount goes to the club with a certain percentage going to the player. the player has to be convinced on the basis of a weekly salary. If the player is lured and club is convinced with the transfer fee, then a transfer happens. if either of them fail, then its a long delay
