recently there was a news that automation has put many alogs/automated tools are putting jobbers out of work.
historically many jobs have gone or became redundant because of machines and now computers ? but should there be planning in beingnig in the automation before they totally replace human worker.
Example i was talking is of algorithms replacing arbitrageurs who were doing great in 2007 but now are out of job or are doing something totally different now.
What can companies do better for them ? or should people be aware of the surroundings and trends and try to be one step ahead
