in the service business the employee count really matters. In this case the revenue is directly proportional to the number of employees.

the count of employees matters or not depends on the type of the business, if its people based company where people are assets then yes it matters. But if its product based company then its doesn't matter..

employee count matters beacuase as the the employee strength increases HR problems also increase.

revenue in service business is directly proportional to the number of employees...hence employee count does matter...

Its not about the number of people.. Its abt the quality of people!!

If a few people can acrry out the reqd duties then a small workforce can do wonders. For the same work, if people lack the basic.. Doesn't matter how many people u hav, the work won't finish!

It depends on the business.. WHatsapp ad a total of 55 people!! But since theirs was an online model, that was goof enuf to manage 450 millions subs.. however in a product based distribution model based business, this would require thousands of employees

Depends on what kind of a business is present.
For an ecommerce online platform you need a digital team, tech team, marketing team, logistics team etc.
For a digital media firm, you need content writers and can go up to as much content as required

Infact even a consulting firm needs very few employees. Because its simply the brains that are working in a consulting firm, and most of the secondary research is done through the internet. Big companies in manufacturing, sales, supplychain are the ones which require a bigger workforce
