Stress is primarily the things that you overdo when you are working or perhaps have to do out of your comfort zone. I think it has a lot to do with the attitutde and personality of the person plus the work environment and the people.
Is this possible in today's corporate environment. I know people working 13-14 hours a day continuous for 20-22 days. Stress would be automatically caused irrespective of meditation or anything. The work schedule is the key.
