Methodology of Ranking:

Method of ranking is clearly discussed under the table 3 in page no. 5. Total number of employees is shown in the table 1. This is a key insight of a company. It might give a clear picture about how much the place is good for job seekers. But I haven’t incorporated this is in the final ranking, as this might not be correct to judge their HR practices based on number of employees. Rather attrition rate would have been a better parameter. But that is not available for all the companies. Hence that data are only show here for references.
