Co-operative Group is a UK-based co-operative organization.

The segment is the largest independent convenience store operator in the UK and the fifth largest food retailer in the UK. The group operates over 2,800 local, small, and medium stores throughout the UK. Co-operative Pharmacy was the group's pharmacy retail business. The business operates 781 pharmacy branches across the UK including out-patient departments. It is one of the largest pharmacy chain in the UK, and the largest in Wales. Co-operative Funeral care manages the group’s funeral-related businesses. The banking group segment includes Co-operative Insurance, Co-operative Investments, and Co-operative Bank including smile and Britannia. It offers banking and insurance services to personal and business customers. Co-operative Estates is engaged in investment and management of portfolios that comprise retail and commercial property. The federal segment of the group performs the activities of a joint buying group that it operates for other independent co-operative societies. Additionally, the group offers a range of consumer and B2B services, operating where appropriate through both physical and online channels through a specialist segment. The specialist businesses consist of pharmacy, funeral care, legal services, and life planning. The group offers its members advice and legal help on issues ranging from buying and selling home, legal assistance with accidents and personal injuries, and employment claims through Co-operative Legal Services.
