Developed in 2003, it is a casual-social games company and the largest game developer for Facebook. Riccardo Zacconi is the founder and CEO of the company and Melvyn Morris, the founding partner is the Chairman. The company has its headquarters in Dublin, Republic of Ireland. The company escaped out of a bankruptcy in 2003, through a cash infusion on Christmas Eve. It has its offices in Malta, Seoul, San Francisco, Tokyo and Shanghai.
