Talktalk TV is a video on demand and consumer TV run by the TalkTalk Group.
It was started in 2012 in partnership with Youview. It if offered as a triple play package which includes broadband and fixed telephony in addition to TV services and if offered over ADSL line. TalkTalk TV provides 2 options, one is plus tv which can record for up to 2 hours as compared to essentials tv which can record for only 30 minutes. It was launched in 2000 when it was originally called Homechoice. In 2003, it included major free view channels in its portfolio. It launched its new youview service in 2012 along with major tv channels which have both pay and free content. In 2013, it became UK’s fastest growing TV service. TalkTalk group is headquartered in London, its Chief Executive is Dido Harding and is a member of FTSE 250 index.
