It was listed on the London Stock Exchange in 1991. It was purchased by Malcolm Glazer in May 2005 for almost £800 million. It made its initial public offering on the New York Stock Exchange in 2012. It was remarked as a global brand by Brand Finance valuing its trademarks and associated intellectual property at £412 million in 2011.
