2. General Motors

General Motors Company popularly known as GM is American MNC headquartered in Detroit, Michigan and was founded in 1908 as a holding company for McLaughlin Car Company of Canada Limited.

Current GM had financial restructuring in 2009 after declared bankrupt and had bought majority of assets from old GM including name ‘General Motors’.
