Mondelez International, Inc., is a multinational conglomerate with American origins. The company was founded in 1909 by James L. Kraft.

Cadbury, one of the most famous brands of Mondelez International was added to its portfolio in 2010 when Company (Kraft) acquired Cadbury group for 19.5 billion. Mondelēz International recently announced that it has acquired a complete 80 percent stake in Kinh Do, Vietnam's leading snacks business. Another acquisition of the company includes acquisition of Enjoy Life Foods, a renowned snacks manufacturing company from U.S and the market-leading brand for health conscious class of the society.
