Definition: Zero Minus Tick

A zero minus tick is a trade transaction which occurs at the same price but different volume( may be same too) like the previous trade but lower than the one before that. Again like zero uptick, we can consider 3 trade transactions for a company's shares. Transaction 3 and Transaction 2 will have same price but this price would be lower than transaction 1.

A Zero Minus Tick shows the trend of share price.
