A blended workforce is the combination of a variety of employees on different contracts.

It consists of permanent full-time staff, part-time employees, temporary workers, contractors and freelancers.

Blended workforce introduces diversity in the workforce. They also provide flexibility to employers in sour business environments.

They can let go temporary workers, freelancers without compromising pay of permanent employees.
