The 5 stages include
Awareness: Potential customers are explained about the product mainly about product features.
Interest: Customers try to get more information and an interest is developed in the customer.
Evaluation: They evaluate about the product. They check if the product is beneficial or not. Trial: They try the product to check the worth of the product
Adoption/Rejection: They decide to buy it or reject it.
Every customer should go through this process so that they feel satisfied with the product or else the purchase will lead to cognitive dissonance.
