Definition: Click and Mortar companies

A click and mortar company is a company which had physical stores but has now added ecommerce/website where the user can see the products and possibly also make transactions and purchase products. It differs from click only companies who just have an online presence only without a physical store. Click and a mortar companies are usually the traditional companies who have added e-marketing to their strategy to leverage the opportunities provided by the Internet.

Wal-mart, K-mart are some examples of click and brick companies.
