The firm was created on January 6, 1926 and is currently based at Cologne in Germany. ‘Deutsche Lufthansa’ AG delivers customer, cargo and other carrier services. It functions through the commercial divisions which include the Passenger Airline Group, logistics, maintenance and repair, renovation, catering, and IT Services. The ‘Passenger Airline Group’ section provides commuter services. The ‘Logistics’ section provides a variety of load conveyance services for numerous cargos, counting live animals, treasured freight, postal letters, hazardous goods, heat sensitive goods and street feeder services. The Maintenance, Repair and Renovation segment works on conservation, reparation, overhaul, alteration and conversion of engines and other components for commuter aircrafts. The Catering section provides Air Company cooking, and correlated upstream and downstream facilities; in-flight gear and logistics facilities; supervision of aboard service; and in-flight selling.
