Advanced Micro Devices or AMD is an American global semiconductor organization situated in Santa Clara, California and Austin, Texas that creates PC processors and related innovations for business and customer markets. While at first, it fabricated its very own processors, the organization later redistributed its assembling, a training known as fabless, after GlobalFoundries was spun off in 2009. AMD is the one of the biggest provider and just noteworthy opponent to Intel in the market for x86-based chip.
