Samvaah is the first edition of the Annual Marketing Conclave of IIM Udaipur. Conceived and organized by MarClan – The Marketing Club of IIMU - Samvaah, in sync with its name translation – “Marketplace”, is a student driven initiative that aims to unite marketing enthusiasts from different B-Schools in a day long conclave. 'Rethink' is the umbrella theme for Samvaah 2014. Gone are the days when just creating buzz and driving public awareness sold products. To customers need more that awareness; they need something to build their experience. In today’s world where the marketing paradigm is changing with new products and technologies coming up every day, marketers need to rethink their strategies. One key feature of the summit is to invite industry leaders to the IIMU campus and share their insights on the importance of retrospecting marketing services and new product development with students through engagement in diverse panel discussions and workshops.
