Definition: Leadership

Leadership is quite a subjective term but in an organizational context, it can be defined as organizing/leading/guiding a group of people to achieve a common goal.

He/She is the one person people look upto in order to have guidance on what to do next. Ideally he/she is a positive influence on most of the people he is leading. Leadership has a very positive and strong correlation with the team’s output & motivation.
