For example, Grameen phone has set a high price per minute even though it is in growth stage and invested that amount in advertising extensively which turned around the cards for that company.


In this way, flank defense can also play a major role in changing the current ranking of a company in business. A market leader should always be ready with flank defense strategy in order to counter foil the attempts of competitors.
